Here is where we complain about Metacritic and talk about how much better we are than IGN. oh, and spectate the game too i guess. All I will say about where some of these roles went...  We might be in for a really fun time |

damn, the early mistakes and my arrogance to keep playing like I did at the end of pop mafia cost me big time. Big lesson learnt that D1 is nothing like subbing D3 when a lot of the battlegrounds have been set up. Some good lessons to learn for the next game.
Scum won't win this, my bet!

RIP fellow Slay Queen. ;__;7 Day 1 is a totally different beast than the rest of the game, people will latch onto anything they can just to get a base read of the game going. Although that self vote to proclaim your love with CCS didn't really help. :p Scum could still win this, it will just be a very uphill fight. It wouldn't be the first time Scum have lost someone on Day 1 and still won! |

I'm actually surprised at how long it took them to turn on me, thought I was a goner pretty quickly. Next time, no fun allowed!
Don't regret the self voting and CCS thing, knew it was bad strategy but feck it was fun and I couldnt let CCS take another bullet for me!

(like first 24 hours in) players are very open into switching their votes around last minute on D1, and everyone wants to be the one that nailed that scum player no one was even suspecting. the trick is to push suspicion on some one else the last 12ish hours. I felt like you didn't actually try to get anyone else lynched. that's the only mistake I'd say you made. |

TBH and I saw some of them saying it in the mafia team thread after I died, but if a certain townie hadnt switched their vote at the last minute, would have been a tie. Got unlucky there! The problem here was also that I was scum last game and so I think a few like Cabot just voted for me because I was playing quite similar, and since CCS was townie and playing the same way again as in Pop, it just came down to acohrs was scum before and played this way so its a safer lynch vote. V hopeful to be townie next game so I know how it actually feels, being scum twice so far only its been v hard to think how a townie does since I cant really put myself in their shoes. Any guess on which one might be Scum? Oh man Acohrs, I was rooting for you since day 1. Just a bit too out there and involved in my opinion. I was surprised I got so much shit for unvoting after CCS did, especially since I voted for the same person that I voted for before voting for myself. Maybe if I left the vote on myself, that would have gone better. Biggest problem though is I didn't handle suspicion well, having such a powerful PR, I panicked after the initial suspicions and tried to double down but that seemed to increase suspicion. Really should have been less involved D1 and posted more fluff, that didnt seem to hurt anyone else! |
