I also don't know where they get the info that in LB1 Scum got all necessary info when they're targeted. The Metal guys didn't hit Scum once if I just read their chat on here correctly.

I cannot answer this question. However, in Love Boat 1, if scum were hit, they would have been informed what would happen if a town pair was hit. But I cannot say, if this is the case in this game.

I’m struggling with the Sorian/Darryl fight. I have a hard time reading Darryl because he seems SO SCUMMY to me that it circles around and I get convinced that he can’t be scum because scum wouldn’t be so blatant. nin feels more scummy to me here than normal tbh, but it could just be that he’s unhappy with the partnership? Sorian doesn’t quite seem like the get-it-done Sorian I’ve seen before, though. Like he’s baiting and being baited (fake baited?) in return. And Darryl, after all that, voted Kark.

Would scumD say “feels like we’re anti-town here, let’s cool it?” Hmm. That vote though is awfully suspicious. I wonder if Darryl has backed off votes before because that person isn’t a likely lynch. Darryl is just SO defensive here and that seems unusual. It could just be lashing out anger but usually he responds to attack with attack. Does it just not work on Sorian or is something going on? after this, Darryl switches to kitsune. Darryl offered nothing outside of this spat with Sorian, really. But even that doesn’t seem like it’s totally out of the norm for Darryl. Damn. I have such a hard time with him! He did seem just legit frustrated. Maybe I should focus on Sorian instead.

Notice and Nomadic I read as town, I don’t like how they’re playing, but I don’t think it’s scum. Nomad is being Nomad and Natiko is scum hunting even if it’s in some ill advised directions. Bad look for Natiko here, I think; overly aggressive and some really poorly chosen language. But I think it’s just that - bad choices.


I see where you are with Vere and can agree that it’s suspect and should be watched, but still wouldn’t necessarily go high on a scum list for me rn. The one thing that IS suspect for me is that they were big forces behind Orb/TWE vote. They split votes d2 - dragonz voted for kits and fep but she’d kind of have to after that showboating if it was fake; Vere voted for Sawneeks and Sorian. .

I did not find Dr. Worm’s question about Kark being role blocked suspicious as some did; smacked of trying to understand the power (I mean technically it’s role fishing but also eh). While his speculation puts shade on us, if it comes out it was us, it’s a sensible line of inquiry. Muffin’s partner pulled out the correct analysis that targeting xKark is protown at least. Gives me a townie feeling about them because why would scum make that leap? One thing I might say as a newbie to the game is that Kark’s post makes him seem town and the power also town - I could spin that as part of my catching up, if we feel we need it.

Ouro seems less active than he should be. But he’s said some things that make me think not-scum. His reads on Schmuffin and Dr Fran are WAY OFF, I think, but it’s not out of the ordinary for Ouro to misread and thus NAI.

Worth looking at: Fireblend’s read list was kits and pandas (confirmed scum), muffin and samurai (I don’t think they are scum and for meta reasons I don’t think we’d get a newbie team as scum plus kits, whose second game it is), Sawrian, and Dragonz/Vere. I don’t particularly agree with the last one but it’s definitely making me agree with my above assessment that I should look at Sorian. I don’t think Fire and an absent Exo would have been killed for JUST nailing kits and pandas. I think they had 50%. There was almost NO other reason to NK them unless it was just to create chaos and since at least one team got pegged, it leads me to think another is.

Sawneeks is on my scum radar, mostly for meta reasons. Also I think her tagging Ty as possible scum is an attempt to get people to go after him and Trigger to knock out someone who was on kits.

Be warned: Dragonz’ OMGUS feels for you are going to multiply because she ALWAYS reads me as scum and I have not yet been scum.
