Doctor could save the town even after Blarg is lynched, though. Wouldn't they have to get the save every night until the end of the game though? Just one night is enough to get enough leeway against vengeful triggering. If vengeful triggers today though, the doctor would have to succeed the next night.

Ynnek turned El Topo and Christina to 1 candy each, and Star to two candies last night. The Serial Killer was supposed to be the hardest roles in the game, but then town decided to claim being recruited even after Topo died as a warning, lol. I'm really surprised I managed to get three nights in a row of unprotected/non-killed pokemon who had already been caught, lol

C'mon Splinter, reverse your town read of Roy. Won't win the game, but will feel much better after the loss.
And pls get used to 23/5 being balanced, even with a neutral killer. The Matrix12 used for this years championship was 17/4 with minimal power roles. The 20-24/4 games we had were heavily in towns favour. Ynnek turned El Topo and Christina to 1 candy each, and Star to two candies last night. The Serial Killer was supposed to be the hardest roles in the game, but then town decided to claim being recruited even after Topo died as a warning, lol. I'm really surprised I managed to get three nights in a row of unprotected/non-killed pokemon who had already been caught, lol Your late readlist at the end of the last day was pretty good. Looked much more like a townie signing out than a bad guy fighting to stay alive to me.

It feels like this game town has also been hampered by a lot of discussion over flavour/mechanics based lynches. Fluff. So much fluff. Should've kicked it down early D1 instead of just ignoring it. Felt like almost nothing was discussed in the first 12-24 hours.

When was the last time town actually won a game? Town won Bloodborne I believe. It's kinda funny, in the earlier games Town won most of the games. But lately Mafia has been tearing it up, not sure if it's because people are getting better at playing as mafia or town haven't really upped their scum-hunting game on average.

Mini Mafia is great proof that a D1 scum lynch is far from impossible. Kawl really kickstarted town going all guns blazing against Hyper and Yeeny used that early interaction to nail Terra/Sorian. I think she almost killed me, I know I was second in her list Mafia have won very mid-season games with fairly ordinary mechanics like Heist and soooort of MGS. I mean the most controversial role there was pretty powerful for town.

"because I've seen a Cop Blarg before and I don't see that here." Cop Blarg usually claims to be scum well he did in SW anyway

Cop Blarg leaves breadcrumbs, Splinter pointed it out, that is the most damning feature of Blarg's claim and I really don't understand why they believe him and don't even dare to ask any questions. And what is this pseudo cop talk about... Was it used before? Roy and LP straight took that phrase out of scum chat into the game, a very strange idea to come up with if you are town. In my opinion the trainers are in no way a cop, I don't understand why scum even thinks the trainers were overpowered. Wtf. "Hey, I'm a trainer I couldn't catch Ty last night, he could be another Trainer, a caught pokemon or I have been blocked. Or there is an immune neutral. Or it's scum, since no scum can be caught, right?"

If Blarg flips and town somehow survives the night, that might reflect pretty badly on anyone who automatically disbelieved him.

Roy's game still delivers, the man knows how to play a solid 'town' game as either alignment (no neutral Roy yet, can't judge)

PoE, PoE, PoE!
Looking for the team, especially this late, can really help. Splinter had already found out Fire and Verelios are not W/W and could try to construct scum teams from there. He should be able to pick out that Verelios meshed poorly with Sawneeks for example. This is easier said than done with the poor search functionality though.

Splinter: "Details. No Breadcrumbs for his targets. In a game with 2 deaths per night, from a player who breathes Breadcrumbs."
Why does nobody listen? :( Okay, Splinter lied several times, still believes the Flush lynch was a good course of actions and pats himself on the back for achieving nothing in this game far too much with his selfread. I can understand people being suspicious of him. But the above is an irrefutable fact. Blarg failed to deliver breadcrumbs. He's lying.

This is precisely the problem with fake claiming as town and why the concept of Lynch All Liars exists. A townie in general has no reason to outright lie about their actions. Some players are letting their emotions run the best of them too. In Dusk's case, circumstantial evidence is often the best you get in a game of Mafia. Direct evidence is very, very, rare. Usually only coming from intentionally designed mechanics.

This being despite how almost a five-year-old could tell you scum are usually the ones leading these lynch trains.

I remember Splinter being very suspicious of Darryl/Karkador in Danny Phantom because he had been leading lynches and Splinter couldn't fathom that scum had led zero lynches in a game with nothing but mislynches. Don't really think they've needed to do that here either. It's a balancing act tho because you don't wanna be too detached like I was in Danny Phantom.

Like they're ahead by a lot and scum!Splinter is mostly townread so you make him do a bunch of fake claims? And none of them are cop which is arguably the most dangerous for them. A doctor/bulletproof can only delay the inevitable.
