The gathering of the townsfolk had devolved into an angry mob. Shouts and accusations flew from person to person.
"With this much confusion the wolves will surely devour us!"
"Those three look suspicious!" An unidentified party called out.
"How can you kill a quarter of the villages' population?"
"Lynch em all and let mod sort it out!" slurred the town drunk.
"Surely you mean God good sir?"
"I knows what what I said."
<glances among the remaining villagers were quickly exchanged as the drunk was lead to the gallows>
Swamped the ordinary villager has been lynched.

Yay, wolves win despite my best efforts to screw it up for myself and fundamental misunderstanding of the game.
Turns out you can basically claim wolf and still not get lynched.

I was a complete fucking idiot and forgot how this game is played. I thought since tanner was down at the bottom that it meant I was guarenteed to be tanner when I woke. Maybe it would have helped if I had read the role? Anyway it finally clicked after I voted... so sorry about that.

The best part of hosting ONUW is definitely the PMs of anguish.
Don't feel to bad Czar, Tanner is a tough role under the best conditions, even tougher when you've been a member of the other 2 teams over the course of a single game.

that was a game.
sorry yall for my kinda non-presence,
coming in late as minion, with a very tenuous grasp on the game, acting as i did seemed to be the only choice of action that i could be sure would just totally backfire and out the actual wolves.
surprisingly it actually worked a litle.

Well at least I was right about Tim seeming off. In the end though Swamped and Tim were the only ones I felt comfortable voting for and both were a loss. Whoops! Definitely a game I'll have to play more to get used to it.

Woohoo! Bow to me!! In the end everything went according to keikaku. At some point during the game I thought Kawl was the Minion and made the play of the century. Everything would fit: Immediately publicly assuming I'm a Minion backing up Swamped (which was the plan btw), later saying Crimson's play looked more like Minion than Wolf (after it was clear for #TeamWolf he robbed the Wolf from Tim) and I probably said the truth, and then finally "switching" a cabot in trouble with some rando. Just perfect. But considering the cards left unclaimed it was very unlikely. And as it turns out Kawl didn't make a superior Minion play  But can somebody explain what Sorian's plan was? I still don't get it. tbh I probably don't have that much responsibility in our victory |

Yea pretty sure sorians play was just to cause some ruckus and have some fun. Not much reason to cast doubt on the masons otherwise.
And nah wasn't a minion, was just throwing shit at the wall to see what stuck haha. I'm always sad when dopple is in the middle. It makes things way more interesting.
