Why Salva, if I may ask (as he is in my top two as well)?

mostly gut stuff, one specific thing is I didn't like the way he borught me up saying he was worried about me, felt like he was trying to set something up for later on.

Seems legit. He also seems like he has a clue which row/column we're in, based off of his math.

No, because it was incorrect. only four of the possible games have two Town PRs. The other two only have one.

I can't get a read on anyone so far considering that everyone's just posting fluff. But nin keeps trying to drive the conversation, which sounds a lot like a what a scum trying to convince others that he's town would do.

So my top two scum right now are
SkyOdin - super-townie. Salvapot - seems to have more info than he should
Now, Salva could be a Town PR, in which case lynching him would be bad (obviously). Assuming he knows there are two Town PRs, that would make him either the doctor, tracker, or BP. Or, he could be a scum Roleblocker, which is also bad.
That said, I would be willing to let him live a day to see if he can provide any damning information.

I don't necessarily agree with your assessment of Nin, SkyOdin. PEople who drive conversation aren't really scum, and I wouldn't even say that he's driving conversation considering the complete lack of it so far.
I'm only around for about four or five hours on weekdays for this game, so I don't have too much time to contribute, sorry about that.
I do not think it is wise for us to speculate on the roles or type of game we are playing, at least today as it is only going to help mafia target better people.
To Ouro's point, I'm not sure how Salva can be sure (?) that there are two town PRs, there isn't any indication. Not sure if that's enough for me to call him scum though.
Bronx's latest post is another fluff, which is worrying, just saying that he wishes other people would post more interesting stuff.

That's my catch-up, I think I covered most everything.

I wouldn't describe anything here so far as informative; just speculation and estimated guesses. I need something more substantial when I'm trying to read for scum and who isn't. And imo, most town aren't so vigorous when questioning. Nin is just chomping at the bit to find someone to say something that he can use to potentially lynch them with. Meanwhile, FlameAC is voting for me right out of the gate. Feels odd how he would do something like that so quickly.

I picked you at random at first, but I'm fine sticking with my vote right now.
Most everyone here voted in their first or second post, you just don't like that my vote happens to be on you. Besides, it's just one vote, not like there's a train or momentum.
I disagree with your assessment that town aren't as vigorous as Nin when questioning, I think the best thing town people can do is try and keep asking questions and follow-ups to establish patterns or trip up someone.

I just saw that some columns have vanilla roles in them, first time playing Matrix *shrugs*, 1/9 is even better so my point stands.

Ok, but w/o knowing what roles are in play, we have a 15% chance of hitting a PR (if there are 2 PRs), and a 22% chance of hitting scum, blindly. Anyway, unless SkyOdin comes out as a Town PR, I'm all for lynching him.

Sooooo...your vote on me is because of.... Because you have been targeting people as "scum" because they have been acting too "town". Nin1000 has been acting somewhat similarly. It creates a situation where people don't want to stand out as town too much or else they will be suspected of being scum, but that cooling effect on pro-town conversation only benefits the mafia. We need someone to be town. I am not good at it yet, but I am getting sick and tired of people telling me that I shouldn't be trying to find scum or that I shouldn't "try too hard" (Nin's words there). I signed up for this game for fun, and my way of having fun is participating. If participating makes me stand out as scum, then fine, have it that way. But I am sick of this weak argument that people should not "act like town". Trying to kill honest conversation is scummy as it gets.

And I hope, that even if I am wrong, that you'll stick around. None of us have perfect scum-detectors. Participation is fine, it's not really indicative of scum or town in general. Finding scum is fine. Pointing out relatively obvious things like night scum chats or deflecting on nin1000 are things that stand out to me. It just screams "easy" to me.
