Well, you're town, and (although you can't confirm it yet I think?) I'm town. So I'm going to avoid posting until you see these chat messages. How much should be revealed and do you think it's worthwhile to go for the superior win? It seems likely there are two Pokemon trainers per side + a killing role of some sort. Presumably we'll win anyhow if scum dies, so their superior win isn't an issue.
Are you scum, GD? To be honest, because I have a second shot left I have half a mind to reveal you and let scum take care of you in the night. It was pretty crappy to invite me to this chat then call me out openly...

I'm so sorry, Sophia. I've only been on my phone this whole time and I thought I would get a PM that my night action succeeded. When I didn't, I thought that you were either scum, who I don't think I can catch, or a neutral trainer, because a town trainer doesn't have any additional powers apart from catching.
We clearly thought you were scum the other day, as this chat shows.

Oh, the other possibility was that another trainer had caught you.
At this point, given all the flips, I'm inclined to believe that all trainers are town. I have no idea how their trainer/catching mechanic works, if they have one. Maybe there really are some scum Pokemon...

I feel really bad. Burb messaged me on Discord that my night action succeeded. I thought I'd receive a GAF PM because I sent my command that way. If I survive the day/night, I'll make sure to check all avenues before posting. I'm sorry for the stress (and possible mess) I caused, Sophia.
It's also weird that Ty's ability is gimped. Should we entertain the possibility that Barry was not town? There is a lot of missing information in Barry's flip. Maybe I was wrong in assuming that our roles were identical. If I had also died N1, then Topo would have assumed my trainer status/catching ability

If it's okay with you, I can continue my aggressiveness towards you by saying that I voted for you to check if you really are a Pokemon, and if you did get caught last night
Something like this:
"Sophia, I voted for you right out the gate because I wanted to check if you were who you were saying you were. Your continued survival in the subsequent nights since your outing yourself as a PR, in addition to your contributing to the lynch both days, read very suspiciously to me.
However, now that you have been caught by El Topo's trainer, I'm going to trust their judgment (whoever you are). I don't want another townie to die, so I'll ease off for now if you at least attempt to use your double. Topo said that his PR is disabled after his trainer caught him, so, assuming that your power isn't actually one-shot as you claim, please use it now."
To be fair, I did catch you in the first place to make sure that you were a Pokemon. Also, the superior win condition would be nice, but (assuming that we're both town) a worn win is the priority.
I asked Burb if it was possible that I could catch a scum Pokemon and just have the entire chat be standoffish, which would be very stressful. That's why I included it in my "possibilities" post about the trainer mechanic. But seeing as every Pokemon flip now has been town, I think that you are too.
It seems that every trainer has different parameters.
Barry... I'm seriously doubting if he was town. The redacted text because of his N1 death are very unhelpful, but do protect the "current" Gaga. Ty could catch Pokemon, but couldn't talk to them. It also seems as if Ty's Pokemon could use their powers. Hopefully we can get in touch with them, somehow.
Yeah, it's okay. Sorry for claiming prematurely, but I didn't know what to do so I erred on the side of giving town info. Burb wasn't there to immediately yell at me for "double voting"
(Burb, if you're reading this, he has a point, a night successful PM would probably be a wiser idea than sending it in Discord.)
Hmm, I dunno. At any rate, you can just play it off that you wanted to see if I had any more shots.
I don't know why Ty's ability was gimped, but I was starting to suspect that all trainers were town too. Especially because I can't imagine what the win condition for town is.
Of course, the double flip means we've probably got a vigilante or serial killer on the loose.
I'll get around to a bigger write-down in a bit, but just gonna run through my current opinions on everyone quick.
1. roytheone [m] - Neutral 3. Dusk Soldier [m] - Neutral, don't have a strong read on them 4. Blargonaut [m] - Neutral, but might be a good idea to lynch or capture. 7. SalvaPot [m] - Neutral, leaning scum 8. Fireblend [m] - Neutral, leaning scum (ALWAYS BE LYNCHING FIREBLEND!!!! ) 12. melonrabbit [f] - Neutral 13. Unmasked Ferret [m]- Neutral, don't have a strong read on them 14. Gorlak [m] - Neutral, leaning slightly scum 15. Sawneeks [f] - Leaning town 17. Lone_Prodigy [m] - Leaning scum 18. Ynnek7 [m] - Leaning scum 19. StanleyPalmtree [m] - Neutral; Instanity makes it hard to tell what he's thinking. 20. *Splinter [m] - Leaning slightly scum because I'm not seeing his trademark aggression against me, and his ultimatum seemed like a way to get rid of one of my shots. 21. nin1000 [m] - Neutral, but he sure is being pretty useless. 22. Verelios [m] - Leaning slightly town 23. Christina Mackenzie [m] - Leaning scum
I'd like to put pressure on the people who haven't been active today, so that'll probably be my goal. I may or may not keep up the facade of scum reading you just to draw distance to us, but I won't push it too hard or vote for you.
What bothers me is that we only had one death N1, but two deaths N2. That makes me think we have a vigilante rather than a serial killer, because a Serial killer wouldn't waste a shot. I guess there's the possibility all trainers are town and they targeted the same target, but no way of knowing that now.
