I love the way identifying a power role = player is town.
I mean, the first banana resulted in a scum death. But that doesn't mean it was the intention of the banana.
But I'm biased. If I had been a day vig, I probably would have shot Royal on day one. His slips are too small to be used to convince others of his scummness.

This game is fun to watch. Good pacing. I do think scum will win this one. I wonder what stanley will do. Vig is a great role because you get to kill someone who the majority would not vote for, but whom you suspect of being scum based on other small tells. But I wouldn't have claimed. Now he has to kill who town wants.

I'd probably bet on scum right now, but I wouldn't completely rule out town. The hated/banana issues are going to hurt their chances a lot though.

Yo, everyone.
So... I was thinking Royal/Gorlak the moment Flame started talking with me, but I was so disillusioned I couldn't think how that could be given the mechanics.
Luckily, Royal has put himself in an awkward spot. He HAS to give the Banana to FEP or Kawl now. If he picks anyone else, he's immediately going to come under fire. Hopefully he does, so Stanley knows where to make his shot. I tried to put as much concern over Flame as I could, so hopefully that helps.
Gonna read through the thread now. I know I fucked up hardcore on Day 2. Nothing to excuse that but bad play on my part.

Only 30 minutes until we get to see how the finale of this game plays out. All depends on who Stanley shoots and who Royal gives the fruit to.

Hopefully they realise that both Flame and Gorlak can't both be scum, so one of the power roles must be. And from them, Royal makes the most sense.
So it should come down to Flame vs Gorlak. And hope that if scum self targeted with the banana they lynch the one who didn't get it.
Can't say I'm a fan of town's odds here.

They need to kill Royal today, however they do it. They can win instantly by shooting Royal and lynching Gorlak, or vice versa. But if they don't hit Royal today, then he can win instantly by tossing him the banana and they're in a 3/1 Lylo scenario where scum can't be lynched.
Worst case scenario, Stanley trusts his gut and instantly shoots Flame the moment he sees the game has begun.
Best case scenario, Kawl realizes he was tunneling me hardcore and relooks over everything.

We were debating if it would have counted as a day phase skip or if it would have just negated you. I had planned for it to have just negated you but Palmer figured town should be punished if they had gotten you killed so it would have still skipped the following day phase. No real decision had been made since it hadn't happened  |
