I finished reading what you've done so far and enjoyed it. It was something different compared to the other Battle Royale inspired stuff in the world. I wasn't expecting what happened at the end of Chapter 4 but then that's likely why you did it.

burbs, you really captured the battle royale vibes. and that ending of chapter 1 is really nice :D i likey!
ouro, i like your descriptiveness. the settings are pretty well illustrated and i like how you captured the futuristic culture with darren's bits. really nice.

I'm right now at a part where I know I have to write some scenes, that aren't really that interesting to write about, which kinda makes my writing slower because I can't concentrate. Bleh.

Aiming at 20k benchmark before midnight in Finland, which means I need to dish out around 1000 words in 90 minutes. Doable, but I have been missing benchmarks before, so only time will tell if I mess up this one as well. |
