Hard saying who they'll lynch at this point. I'm keeping an eye on the people who are ignoring the "Xam plotline" tho, in case he is lynched and flips scum.
Another thing worth pointing out is that Xam's posting count dropped as of page 4 at 100 PPP. To me that says he either made a mistake like I did in the original game (and thus is hiding out of embarassment until he can pipe back in), or he has something to hide. He'd fight harder if neither of of those conditions is true. The real kicker however is the comment about wanting to die by the hands of the scum, which makes me think he's a third party role. Not 100% sure either way.
if you wanna know about the self vote, I was pretty convinced I was going to die. There was too little participation for me to believe we had any chance of hitting scum, I knew I wasnt pr, and if I was kept in the game at that point it would be a distraction point. I was gonna claim to be a hidden partner mafia lynch bomb last minute and would kill the first person with a vote on me, aka cornburrito. Then I would berate him as a scum companion for not getting the hint and beg him to change his vote. He changed his vote immediately after the self vote and the momentum shifted, so I tried to find a different angle. And the shift to me happened so fast and last minute that there wasnt a way for me to try to scrape that gambit into a new form and be anywhere near convincing to have results
If cornburrito held solid it'd be something to show he was town and I would be gone, so the next day could be more on track. If he panicked, well we would have found scum.
Some people said something like, I was trying to cause a last minute tie. I still don't understand how that clicks in some people's minds.
Like for that to make sense, we would have caught two other mafia in the horns on day 1. But if that was the case, they were only ever going to kill one anyways. So why wouldn't they have killed Xam/Ultron, and then followed it up by killing me and whoever was left? How was I going to get us out of that? Not to mention the most outspoken guy trying to kill Ultron87 and Xam was me. I'm pretty sure the entire discussion about the sleepwalkers happened because of me and my initial paranoia about the claim.
Scum are probably dancing in the streets happy that they got you out.
I just... don't get why you were first priority for a lot of people. Even if you were scum, there were a lot more suspicious people who were better votes for Day 1. Oh well, it'll be interesting to see how scum capitalize on this advantage they have now.
