SPOILERS The scums have no safe claims.
If town listens to Blarg, it's possible that the game could be finished just like that.

Yea, a mass claim and this could potentially be over. All the good names are taken.

Ron Weasley claimed.
This is the potential scenario why Scums need soft claims. Especially with named ordinaries.

Just think, if Blarg had gotten them all to mass roleclaim, the scum ship would be sinking. Blarg will enjoy knowing that he was right when he is dead.

All the game changing roles are probably out of the bag by now. The arguments against a mass claim right now are very thin. Can't understand the mind set of anyone opposing this without a scum agenda

I'm glad Blarg has demanded a mass claim, its not working unfortunately, but I had debated suggesting it, held off for obvious reasons. I really regret saying what I said, I thought it would save me without revealing too much info, if I had lived another day, I actually wanted to get killed at night as I thought it might protect Blarg another night.
I get really bad vibes from Flame, I just don't think he has a very good attitude to the game, or maybe he is just scum.

Live and learn Retroid but you should have claimed HP for sure.
Main character of the story shouldn't die from lynching (though it gave me chuckles at the reaction to your flip).

I don't like the mass roleclaim. I feel like it goes against the spirit of the game if all you're doing is making sure everyone's got an appropriate costume.

Hello, just dropped in to Complain.
Specifically, I'm annoyed people are ignoring Blarg just for being "confusing" (assuming any of his critics are Town). The same thing happened to me in ONUW and its extremely frustrating. Ok there is a good chance he's lying, but at this point it's pretty clear he's working in town's interest, so at least play along and see where he's going with it. "If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear" etc.
(Honestly the way that last ONUW went made me not want to play them anymore, and this response to Blarg is even more unjustified.)
/rant
Ok just realised there will be spoilers in here, so goodbye for now

I like it, I think it can easily backfire on town and provides an interesting scenario for the game. You don't see it happen often in mafia games for good reasons, and even when it is pulled off, it can backfire too.

I don't like the mass roleclaim. I feel like it goes against the spirit of the game if all you're doing is making sure everyone's got an appropriate costume. We know that if they did it that it would be successful but they do not know that yet. It can just as easily backfire as not. I agree that I do not like games that can be solved in this way but this happens to be a case where the option is there.

It's the second-to-last day Cthulhu wasn't a costume game. This is, and at this juncture it's fairly obvious that every role that is obviously good belongs to town. It's one thing for everyone to mass roleclaim an actual role, it's another to mass roleclaim your costume. I mean, I say this, but I obviously have no idea what roles have been given to scum to use as claims.

If I'm going to make a complaint, it's that it seems that the majority of the really obvious characters were used for this game. At this point the claims that are involve more important are 100x more believable.
