Hi Guys welcome to the Handicap Stall.
To recap, here are everyone's roles:

And just to point out in case it wasn't obvious from reading your role PMs. If the Quarantine is lifted(i.e. town wins) before you meet your win condition, then you lose.

I'm not sure I understand our win condition.
If we steal a key card we win, yes? If we win is the game over for everyone?
Could the game be over after night 1 if we randomly get the steal?
Here are my commands
Commands:
PROBE: <player> - Probe one player's memories for information
You may also submit your faction's STEAL: command, however you cannot submit both commands in the same night unless you are the sole member of your faction.

So if I'm reading this correct you two can only steal. What does being a Ninja do?
And as a faction we get one steal per night and I can probe.
BUT if both of you die I can do the steal and probe.
So I am the most important person in our faction.
Cool.
I know we have a history History:
You and CCS were rescued from the secret underground labs by Lone_Prodigy, however due to this quarantine the passcard he used doesn't have enough clearance to get you out of the building. Find and steal a new passcard to escape.
But it sounds like you guys aren't bringing much to the party.

I don't think we need to do anything day one.
I'm hoping our Ninja can steal silently, if it doesn't work some townie isn't talking about a key all over on the thread.
Other than that we only need to keep the game going. Even talking about collaborating about voting seems bad because if one of us gets flipped the Town and Mafia will be on to us which would be bad. Play like town.
Only other things I want to know and maybe dusksoldier can answer.
1. Does our steal happen before the Mafia lynch 2. What happens if the keycard holder is lynched, does the key get automatically re-assigned?

So I normally play in a kind of wild manner. Unlike in Zelda I'll try and avoid being anti town, but from a meta perspective is it best to stick to my establish play style?

Unless your normal play style usually ends up with you being lynched early.
The danger with one of us getting lynched is the Town and Mafia don't know our win condition doesn't necessarily effect theirs. So they see "fugitive faction" and both sides may start to hunt for us.

I got lynched early last game but that was because I played stupidly anti town. I'll try and be a bit more sensible this time

agreed, no point pushing for it. Should get the thread moving with experience players wanting to get the role
I wonder if there is going to be a twist on mafia kills. Maybe no one gets killed but people get infected and stay in the game although I can't think how that mechanic would work.

also something worth considering is not using our steal on night 1 since no one is dying, then targeting corpses to keep ourselves under cover.
gives us less shots to hit the steal but we would be sacrificing our worst guessing chance (20 players, no probe)
also if we steal the card night 1 then it is game over for us which would be pretty lame.

Although that plan does assume we'll get corpses and not just conversions.

Recovery - You can self-heal from most injuries including death. You're also immune to Araxia. I wouldn't test my luck in the incinerator though...

Now I think about it, we should probably actively avoid being Director. Makes you a big target, and since we don't need to kill people as our condition anyway seems like a big risk with not too much reward.

I assume there is a protector who can immunise someone every night. the infected targeting the director would be a risky move since they would be an obvious choice to protect

You finally tracked him down and was in the process of rescuing him and CCS today when this quarantine began. The pass card you used no longer has enough clearance to open the exits. Find and steal a new pass card to escape.

Ok so Lone_Prodigy can steal undetected so we might as well try someone on night 1 to eliminate them.
Unless the pass card can be moved around. Which doesn't eliminate anyone and makes my Probe even more important.

I mostly believe him.
If he is town then all it is accomplishing is getting himself lynched early
Maybe he has a different role but I'm sure we can't lynch him on night 1.
Now I have an issue. That is also investigation bait. If I probe him maybe I get infected or even die so I won't be doing that.

Something else I just noticed. Twice Ourobolus has said D3 (day 3) for first lynch. Why wouldn't town get a lynch on day 2? Unless he has extra details.
Don't put this in public because outing him as possible scum, and setting one of us up as clear town, would be easy if come day 2 town doesn't have a lynch

I shoud try reading the thread.
CCS you are immune to the virus and can heal. huh.
Then they mention the incinerator. I assume Kark can also heal from death.
Is the incinerator going to be a mechanic?
