I've always wanted to try one that had more than a dozen people in at once. I guesd thats almosy impossible these days unless there's one or two notable ones that still get some shimmer of traffic. Not necessary to have the card I started with. If you know a subset of cards that it's possible for you to have and none of those are a wolf, you know that you cannot be a wolf.

My cousins always try to get me to play the arctic mud based on dragon lance lore. Before or after a wipe it can have upwards of like 80 people on. Nowadays think it's in the low teens unfortunately.

I don't see any way to 100% say he did not end up as a wolf. No role knows all three cards in the center and picks one after all the swapping is done. Even drunk could end up as wolf since wolf cards can be in the middle. Please explain what stupid thing I'm overlooking since everyone else seems to know it.

Additionally under the rules most roles actions are optional unless specifically stated to be mandatory (see the Drunk for example)

You are right about having a good chance at being village if you are in fact troublemaker. I was just so thrown off trying to figure out how you could be 100% certain. Your comment about choosing from a subset of cards just further confused me and frankly makes no sense in context now. Not sure I'm convinced you're even troublemaker taking that into consideration. |

Barring dopple weird ness,my card can be the robber card or something from the witch, which cannot be a wolf as they must wolf themselves.
We have a witch claim with no action, so I either hold my original card or the river card (again barring dopple weirdness)
