*sigh* One of these days I will live to see Day 2 in a full-scale game. Well, I guess there is always the mid-season to try again. Not that it would have mattered but getting yourself lynched over letting a tie happen usually isn't the best move. Regardless though, I even commented in mod chat that you just can't catch a break and I feel partially responsible D: |

I think I got swept up in the adrenaline of the moment and got obsessed with preventing a tie. With so many people around who could swing the vote, I didn't feel safe just making a one-step shift by unvoting Star Sketch. So, the only idea I could come up with was to vote myself, which would have prevented any one person from swinging things around.
In the end though, I'm not sure it mattered. With Flame_AC's vote on me right at the end, I think I would have been gone anyways.
I am frustrated that I was eliminated so early though. Clearly I need to change my approach to Mafia. Maybe I'll just lie low for Day 1 next time. I'll keep my head down and take notes for Day 2. I took 2,252 words worth of notes on this game too. That's a lot of effort down the drain.

Ah i feel terrible. It was really between Sky and Star, both always seem to die in D1 or N1. What terrible luck  Blarg should have been the one to do imo! |

Sorry to see you got lynched. :c To be honest I didn't see much wrong with your Day 1 play, I actually agreed with most of the points you brought up and was kinda shocked to see you in here before I caught up with the rest of Day 1. Other than Corn you were up in my Top Town list, you just happened to run into Topo who was looking to nail someone to the wall every chance he could get. Not to mention the truck of bandwagon voters you got on you at the end there. >.>; Out of curiosity though, why didn't you put Darryl on your Scum list? That was what Topo was claiming your #ScumTell was and I don't think you ever cleared that up. |

Maybe Giant Panda/Enker/Trigger too but I think there might be Scum there...
or maybe Scum is ballsy and go for Darryl even though he will probably have every protection role on him tonight.

Thoughts on Barfia, with spoilers:
batsnacks - He's the spy and a lot of the big players (Crab, Splinter, Ouro was hard on him but seems to have softened) read him as town. He's doing a helluva good job. He also has cleverly not even listed any scum member in his targets, which is even better.
catvoca - He reminds me of myself in Archer, he's studied up and isnt afraid to speak his mind, offering good insights and playing well. Bearing in mind he has a PR in his first game, that's super impressive.
WAMD - It impresses me she hasn't got major heat on her right now considering i think shes being quite scummy. She keeps saying how TTK is scum but refuses to put a vote down on him. I'm still surprised she's gotten away with it so far.
TTK - Doing well for his first time, especially as scum. He's engaged in the scum chat, and he's posting well enough during the game. He might get lynched, but I don't think it's out of poor play, I hope he comes back cause I like him!
I'm disappointed by the date chat though, it's been reasonably quiet so far. Batsnacks did his best in the early phase to get it going but Barry has been out of it, whether thats purely RL stuff or he's actually cautious of the chat, I'm not quite sure. They haven't role claimed yet which makes me think he doesn't fully trust it. As he shouldn't.

Dragonz is definitely being suspicious by not putting a vote on TTK, though she has explained that. Still, there's something very elegant about the way she composes her posts lol.
I do thijnk Exo or AB are good lynch choices though.

That scum list was never really intended to be a complete rundown of all of the people on my scum list. It was actually a list I threw together by running down my notes and trying to remember who to add. I probably should have had Blarg on it too. I should have clarified that. The main reason I hesitated on putting Darryl on the list was because I could kinda-sorta see his actions as that of a town trying to draw out scum, but after his actions in the last few minutes of the day I am less inclined to be charitable towards him. I am also about 60% sure that Flame_AC is scum now. I mostly hesitated on really pushing him because I felt bad that he had been looking forward to this game for so long. I wish I had the time to point out that I have been getting odd vibes from how Star and Rats almost seem like they are coordinating their actions. They keep posting at the same time and have similar positions. But they might just be poking their heads in at the same time by coincidence. I am going to be very surprised if their are not a whole bunch of night actions centered on TWE and Darryl. They both drew way too much attention to themselves with all of that Danny Phantom role-claim nonsense. With the risk of a doctor covering them, I think the Night Kill will be aimed elsewhere. Enker maybe? Gives town vibes, but is also a but under the radar. |

Leaning scum on Corn and Flame.
