actually if the NK is successful we win 8 town + 6 mafia = 14 7 votes is a majority, we have 7 votes No, the majority would be 8. Majority is always %50+1. The difference between regular and Karkadorian Mathematics that Kark rounds up. For example, lets say we have 13 people. %50 would be 6.5. +1 would make it 7.5. In a regular majority, that's rounded down to 7. In Karkadorian Mathematics it's rounded up to 8.

This is because the strict definition of a majority is anything greater than %50.
The problem with Kark's math is that when it MUST BE %50+1 round up, you get dumb stuff like 3 players remaining having a majority of 3.(1.5+1=2.5+1= 3)

I think we should get rid of salva cause I really want the FLAWLESS VICTORYyes pls We do need a guaranteed elimination Tonight, is Salva our best bet? He can be roleblocked without any consequence confirmed, so is he the best choice to remove Tonight?

In my opinion the only other option would be confirmed vanilla Burb.

worst case scenario tonight is that there is a SK, the SK isn't salva, and one of us gets killed.
NKing burb might give us more options tomorrow.
I believe that salva can't self heal so if we need to NK him directly later that should be possible.

I don't know about killing Salva
I don't really know why I'm against it though
Also what's the gameplan tomorrow? Risk a turbo as soon as someone votes for a town? We should have enough votes for it right?

(Blarg) Kill: Burbeting
If Salva is SK he could be 1 shot bp. 1 shot healer might also target him.

IMO, I'm hesitant to kill Burbeting, as due to his Miller claim + his claim that it was erased after being Vanilla-ized, I think that's an adequate #scumtell to push for his lynching Today? I'm also hesitant to kill SalvaPot, because after his Doctor claim, won't it look suspicious that he's still alive, and we could turn that against him Today? Of course, one could wave that away by saying a Doctor must have protected Salva after his reveal, but... a Doctor protecting a Doctor? 2 Doctors still alive, at this point in the game? I dunno. I say we don't kill Burbeting or SalvaPot Tonight, as there's enough material on both of them to push for lynching. To me our best target would be someone else, perhaps nukedeggs, who is constantly trying to rally Town against us with analysis, or maybe an inactive like Matt Attack? Or, we could go the ultimate game-extending mindfuck route and attack cabot again. No one will expect it, especially if it's the only NK again, leading to a whole lot of empty speculation that will dominate the Day's discussion; scum can use this as an excuse to join in the speculation and "contribute", and if cabot's revival power is actually 1-shot then we'll have gotten the NK we wanted anyway...? pls talk me out of this ...my suggestions at the moment are: I kill cabot again. Terra roleblocks SalvaPot again.

When the Day opens, I expect Salva and squidy to immediately go for Corn again.
If we kill Salva now and he flips as Town, he will be kinda vindicated. Town at this desperate point can be swayed to follow his past advice, and squidy will undoubtedly lead that push.
Roleblocking Salva is fine, but killing him right now is a no-no, IMO.

KILL: cabot
What's the worst that could happen
A few more days of looonnng, slow, siege warfare? ...defeat from victory?
Highly unlikely.
Besides, we ALL know we want to see this again, see what happens, right?

|
Post by Blargonaut on Apr 4, 2016 6:34:04 GMT -8
*cough*
I highly doubt cabot's self-revival ability is more than 1-shot. He's bluffing, betting that no one would logically target him again after that display of power, touting that any further attempt against him is futile. I say we call down the Lightning on him, just cause
pls talk me out of this

Post by Blargonaut on Apr 4, 2016 6:54:15 GMT -8
okay wait let me think
Firstly, no one would believe that the scum team would waste another NK on a confirmed self-reviver
The only one crazy enough to suggest doing that would be me
and I'm squidy-confirmed Town/Neutral
Day 4 starts, with only one "casualty" having occurred; everyone sees that cabot got attacked again, they'll think that 2 attacks on the same person couldn't have been scum's doing, it must have been a Neutral who attacked cabot twice towards their own Win condition
or that scum attacked cabot first, but it was a Neutral who tried to finish the job this Night, which suggests that scum's own NK Tonight was stopped
Consequently, they'll start wondering where the scum's been during those 2 attacks or at least during this recent Night
leading to the possibility Today that Salva the Doctor claimant, who had claimed he protected batsnacks and would do so again, to step in, or at least be asked by the others what he did last Night, and say... something
Anything he says could be used against him... whether he claims he protected batsnacks again, or someone else, or himself (which he had eventually said Yesterday that he couldn't), his credibility would only be further damaged no matter what... slowly building-up to someone voting against him
...but no revealing TURBO by us, since cabot is still "alive"...
Salva and squidy will jump on the corn train again, fight it, fight for it the whole way
nukedeggs will start bothering inactives
cabot self-revives if his power is truly that excessive
We get a repeat of yesterday, minus Scrafty...
and with Salva and squidy gunning for Corn even harder...
with the potential for any remaining investigative roles which were working in secret to potentially damn one of us...
hmmm

Post by Blargonaut on Apr 4, 2016 7:01:36 GMT -8
but what if Burb's really a Veteran and his Miller claim has been visitor-bait all along?
That could explain one of the four N1 casualties, since Burb claimed early on D1 and one of those dead four might've tried to pursue it...
With so many visit-capable roles in this game, it stands to reason that a visitor-trap Veteran existing in this game is highly very likely, and such a role hasn't been hinted at or flipped yet...
It wouldn't have been a particularly pro-Town move on his part, so that leaves him being a Neutral Veteran if this is all true...
