Notice how Aigis looks nervous in that image? Yeeeeeeah... Launch hasn't given a very positive impression.

Noted your vote. I think I'm gonna vote with Flame too if pushed on it. It's mostly because in the past I've missed voting on obvious targets as town got closer and closer to a turbo. They were only on 3/16 votes last time I checked and by far my top pick for now. Not that I'm certain on them, I just don't have anyone else. [...] I can't recall having been on the winning vote D1. Forgot about Heist, but it was mostly to save my own skin... For when you wake up, Flame_AC calling you out basically about your vote. www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=195426827&postcount=721

I must admit, I'm having a hard time seeing fault in his logic right now. Maybe you'll be able to answer his questions more satisfactory.
I'm a bit weary of Flame, but significantly less so of Coppa.

Still getting jitters. I want to reply to Flame, but I'm hesitant to do... >.<;

Still getting jitters. I want to reply to Flame, but I'm hesitant to do... >.<; I'm not sure if this would help, but my first thought was to suggest adding some fluff. Something like poking fun of your own logic to make it seem less serious and feel like less of a commitment if you're uncertain of some of the things. Don't be afraid of being wrong. You've also consistently been one of the best posters in the thread so it'd only be natural

We're coming up near universally as town reads, so that's good.

In fact, I think he's done this before...
Can't check right now, but I will when I can.

And now Splinter followed up with a vote on Launch too... Huuuh?
I suddenly feel like Splinter/Cabot and Flux/Time might be scum/neutral.

Not sure when Ty4on will get around to seeing it, but here's a rough version of what I wanted to post to them.

Sorry for the inactivity, went skiing and I'm going that will help a bit with energizing my reads. 23 pages of notes?! And I thought scribbling out a couple of pages was excessive I'm really intrigued by your recent thoughts though. I'm going to take a quick shower and then go over them, but I was thinking earlier today that I was a bit too sure if Cabot and Splinter being town*. I will try to continue presenting the persona of trusting them for now. I think it's beneficial that we don't have them on our tails until we can present a solid case against them. *my conclusion then was to focus my attention on those I were less certain of, but I think they're too important to ignore for now.

Blarg gave me an out that I felt confident with when he voted. I actually wanted to bring up his vote trap anyhow.

And yeah, I keep a spreadsheet and try to keep a loose order of opinions I've noted in timeline format. If it were printed out as a regular text, it'd probably still be like 5-7 pages hto.

Post by Sophia on Feb 16, 2016 8:56:16 GMT -8
Even when he's being simple, Blarg still leaves a lot of mystery behind in his post. Did he mean a vote trap left for Launch was spring and he's voting for him now... or does he mean that he fell victim to the vote trap he was warning everyone about?

"As for Time, this post struck out at me when going back through a re-read. I'm not sure how I think of it, because on one hand the role claims have somewhat dominated the discussion, but on the other hand I get a sense of discussion from his partner." What do you mean by discussion with his partner? I'm not seeing that in the post in question :/ Time's post: www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=195395630&postcount=677

Sorry, that was meant to be "disconnection" from his partner. I noted it in my followup post.

Ah, I see.
If we extrapolate Fluxaisis/Cabinter being scum, what does that make of the early claim? They have a scum role cop and wanted a gambit to gain trust?
|
|
|
Post by Sophia on Feb 16, 2016 9:24:37 GMT -8
Yeah, that's a good point. It's hard to tell what their gambit does in context of things. Role claims generally save you from a lynch if you're on the wire, but I'm not sure it's so effective so early on....
Splinter's been bouncing all over the place with his vote. From my notes, his pattern went Flux > Unvote, calling it “Subtle as a brick” > Immediately Revote Flux after clarification > Unvoting a little bit later > My post > Vote Coppa thinking he looks sketchy > Saying he's ignoring Flux until tomorrow > A prod vote on Kyanrute > His "Dramatic" vote on Launch > Returning his vote to Kyanrute to prod his partner.
Edited for a proper timeline. My notes were awkward there.

I seemed to have missed some details on his voting tho, let me look it over a second. Not expecting to find anything but..
EDIT: Okay the voting pattern there went unvote -> My post -> vote on Coppa a bit later.

Wait, have I got it right? He voted Flux -> Unvote -> Flux -> Unvote -> Flux? O.o

Ah, Flux->Unvote->Flux->Unvote->Coppa. Triple voting Flux seemed especially weird

Wait, have I got it right? He voted Flux -> Unvote -> Flux -> Unvote -> Flux? O.o He was on flux, unvoted because it was "subtle as a brick", then Flux clarified his role and he almost immediately revoted. Almost right before I made my post he unvoted. I made my post, and a few pages later he voted Coppa where he made his mistake edit. Not sure why my notes were messed up there, but they're corrected now.
