No deaths in Love Boat? What kind of pansy game is this? We require Blood for the Blood God. I can understand why. If multiple members were getting heat yesterday they were probably worried about a tracker following them and then getting caught.
The reason was more "let's fuck with town" :P
Well considering 3 people just automatically went 'that's BS why would mafia NOT submit a kill?' when Zipped brought it up I say it's a success lol. I really hope it's something that trips up Town late game and lets Scum nab that sweet victory. :p
Team Blawl breaking our hearts all over again. ;___;
Really glad Kark and Zipped spoke up now though. Things were looking like a FluxTime lynch but that would have been such a waste. Sure, Flux's gambit really didn't pan out and created more confusion than necessary, but that doesn't really make them Scum and having them come out and say 'we fucked up' should be more than enough to help prove that point. If anything, past Scum gambits like that have had them double down on their point. Backing down should be the first sign of a Town alignment lol.
Also Flux, when you read this, your whole gambit wasn't a problem, the execution of it was what needed more time in the oven. We've had people fake claim or even fake breadcrumb roles on Day 1 to draw fire from Scum, with mixed results, but it has been done. Claiming a high profile role right out of the gate was what messed you up though, the rest of your plan was fine. :)
I don't think claiming a fake role has ever helped town more than it hurt. The only thing that sometimes works is when town PRs claim less powerful roles. #neverlieastown
Kark's day one was even more baffling though. He basically had a confirmed scum and didn't counter-claim, why? I understand waiting until the end of the day so people could still scum hunt, but there was no reason to let anyone else get voted out on day one.
