Just FYI, not having Scum be able to submit a NK if no Scum is in the afterlife would probably break the game. As soon as a new Scum enters he has to sit out one (or better several days) before submitting a new command because everyone would just know that either that person or the other "Death" in that Day/Night cycle would be scum. Just in case you hadn't considered this as the question plopped up in Scum chat. E: I just realized I sound like a total smartass with this comment. But I just can't help, playing with the possibilities of this scenario is just too much fun |

Islanders are starving for info and will eat anything up or else bow out in frustration; after having to deal with the 9-mystery and now 2 REDACTED's in a row, they'll tear anyone apart who even dares hint at knowing something they don't
Meanwhile, the Afterlifers have TOO much info but no conduit to share it with the living through except Medium roy (and wow, I actually believed he was all truth, heh); and, with Sorian now in there, they're eventually gonna be overwhelmed by their excess
