The way this game plays is bizarre. It's sort of win win to get the good players dead on the island, right? Like ultron can play well. If he's scum and hiding right now, killing him brings him one step closer to banishment. If he's town, he's doing a shitty job of it, so having him here might give him the boost he needs to start playing better.

Sorian is a significant presence on the island, to the point that he's a likely candidate for a day lynch anyway. There's only so much they can put up with.
Do we really want to use our NK to get rid of someone who the Island will likely get rid of without us? We'd be far better off focusing on someone on the periphery who's been avoiding the spotlight, rather than the attention whore. They're the people who town is far more likely to forget about and can sneak by unnoticed.
VOTE: Ultron

Ah, the obvious downside is we could run out of scum to hunt here, and spin our wheels. Nevermind!

Not going to lie, watching you and Sorian fight to the death would be entertaining. I'm not sure if I'm ready for the Afterlife post count to jump up 10+ pages though. What we take away from life, echoes in eternity etc. I mean, 10 pages of Sorian there10 pages of Sorian hereEither way, we're still gonna be Sorian Time is a flat circle. A circle in the shape of Sorian. Truly the most horrifying of revelations

I keep thinking in terms of the standard mafia 50% of the game win, but thats only islanders and not us in here.

hmmm
I see this push towards Mr. ultron, so allow me to take an excerpt out of my current draft (PRE-ORDER TODAY) and hear me out on the Sorian case, before any of you decide to back down from this boss raid:
Basically, I want to keep Sorian where we can directly control the information and rumours he's been spreading about himself and what he knows, via roy and his Medium Role (well, at least while roy's still living).
My macro strat here, is that I'm thinking we should utilise our Nightly dragging-to-hell in a filtering and interrogation room-sense. As a priority, we should contain the players who we actively believe are poisoning the discussion, NOT contain the players who aren't adding to it; i.e, inactives and sidewinders.
Although, removing Sorian from the living will undoubtedly drastically decrease the post count and activity in said Island thread, I personally contend that that is an overall benefit to Town, because it will force said inactive players to quit their coasting on the sidelines and step up, especially regarding Mr. xam and Trigger , and of course, your current excuse for this loss of spine, in ultron. Bosses drop the best loot, and ultron is no tangible boss fight at all, pls.
At this early point, we should AIM to create a power void for now, one that said inactives will be forced to fill themselves. Allowing Sorian to live on will only allow the inactives to remain in the shadows further, because there's only so much pressure he himself can put on them while alive; that is, if he's #Town, of course. The greatest pressure we can put on inactives is by forcibly removing their cover system.
Hence, VOTE SORIAN FOR DRAGGING TO HELL CANDIDACY

This is a very confusing game, but from what I can gather those of us that are in the afterlife need to work together and help those who are still alive in the main thread using are abilities. I said this before, but I believe that the afterlife can be used as more of a deadmason thread if we can get rid of the scum that is already here(assuming L_P wasn't the only one). After all, if the main thread finds scum, we can just banish them just like that. However, this game might not be so simple so that's why I'm trying to get my bearings right now. Oh I understand in regards to the game being confusing. I just don't want you to slip past us. ;-) So... a.) why didn't you Vote yesterday? Besides LP - because that information would be useless now - who are the two other 2 `scum-candidates in the Afterlife right now in your mind? (How many scum are actually in here, is irrelevant to me right now.) b.) There are still 4 hours left to kill someone. If not for RL I hope you stay with us and chime in anyway. Two missed Votes after another are weird tbh. I didn't vote yesterday because I literally forgot about the game, sorry. As for two other scum candidates, I'm going to have to go with a instant gut reaction (which for me is 9/10 always wrong) of blarg and kalor. No real reason other then my initial intuition, which means that my stance on them will likely change as I get actual reads on people.

Yeah, I could still go for Sorian. I like Blarg's post. I also think that Sorian's flip (or half-flip, we won't know his alignment) could be useful. Besides I still don't trust him. I do like the idea of changing the dynamic in the main thread too.
VOTE: Sorian

What if you die tonight?? I know you want to bring Sorian here for questioning and play Good Cop/Bad Cop with him but so far we don't know what exactly you want from him other than to bring him here. What do you want to get out of Sorian when he gets here? 2. I still think it's possible someone else who is still on the Island might try and kill Sorian. He keeps being a bigger target and sooner or later I think someone will attempt to get him, possibly even tonight and would make our kill a waste. 3. If I pre-order now do I get to beta test the next expansion?

I honestly have no idea who to vote for in that regard. I guess I would be fine with Sorian, as he not only voted for you, but it would hopefully get us more information... I think.(still confused, please bare with me for the moment. Should get better at the start of next day phase.)

That case for Sorian is good and I would change my vote if it didn't bring us close to a majority. At this point he would likely do more harm than good with the declining numbers. He might have some separate win condition if he is neutral so it means that he won't be able to potentially win early.

Okay, thanks. Done with business for today. ;-)
Since I held up Magnum for giving the finishing blow, I want to refrain from doing it myself.
I won't Vote. But for discussion sake, my Vote would go to Ultron while I can live with Sorian.
