Hey all! The jokes about forming fan clubs for players that started in the aftermath of Season 3 coupled with Hyper's idea for a thread you can use to grind up your post count gave me an idea, so I present to you the (un)official Gafia fan club thread! Is there a fellow player who you think has a particularly great playstyle? Did someone just pull off a crazy awesome maneuvre? Why not jump in here and spread the love! We need some positivity to balance out the snarkiness of most dead threads, after all ;P
To start things off, let's give a big hand to YNNNY and Retro, for helping things run smoothly in the absence of our fearless leader and being all-around great people in general. You rock, guys!

Oh man, where do I even start? Sorian: Thank you for taking on ONUW and making it live again. I feel like it's in good hands with you. I also appreciate you being such a good sport when we make fun of you. YesNOnoNOYes: I love your positive attitude! You are always upbeat, and always adorable. Your posts never fail to make me smile. Launchpad: Even though you haven't come over to the board yet, I consider you a friend and a mentor. Hope to see you again soon. Ourobolus: You're awesome, and I forgive you for outing me. AND I can spell your name. Palmer: One of the most fun Destiny games I've ever had was running Court of Oryx with you. Looking forward to doing it again soon. (now tht my schedule has calmed down.) Blargonaut: You were so much fun to play as in Gafia, and I enjoyed chatting with you while I was you. You bring just the perfect amount of crazy to this party, and I look forward to any game you join. Swamped: You. You're good, missy. I hope to have you on Town team one of these days. Roytheone: Thanks for bringing us together on Steam. Chatting with the group on Steam chat is now one of my new favorite pastimes. Hyperactvity: Thanks for being a good sport about the post count thing, and the warning about Sorian. Nin1000: You're my buddy. But don't think I won't lynch you! Scrafty: My bold, brash, brazen, busty, buddy. You're kind of the best, and you already know the rest.

You're all terrible. I know, I've been watching for some time
I refuse to participate in this (ok maybe later)
EDIT: Might as well up open up the inevitably more popular ones
I'm now the head of the YNNNY fanclub, $5.00 for entry

Come join the KingKitty fan club for the low low price of $5 per month (to be paid directly to KingKitty, whom I assume also accepts Bagels).
This is the LARGEST and FASTEST GROWING fan club in Gafia, so join now before our benelovent overlord raises the prices.
We support blood for the blood God, but can't post from trains, fam.

Also special mention to Swamped. She's no KingKitty but she IS the Queen of Despair I'm still VP of the Kingkitty fanclub right??? Shout-out to CzarTim too, who I like to think of as a mafia mentor. He's really kind and patient, all around excellent human being. Splinter - I'm in awe at how he played the mafia role back-to-back and won too! Plus he was an awesome Despair teammate. Kalor - I don't think I've ever seen him raise his temper, quite rare in a game of mafia. Squddy - Still not sure why I like him so much, I think it's a combination of his playstyle and his impossible to spell name. And I'm actually pretty good at spelling (proof: Ourobolus) All the awesome gamerunners - Crab, Launch, Ouro, Zatoth (for overriding Barry XD), Retro, Sorian All the new players - StarSketch, Pop-o-matic, BSP, MagnumBoy etc I think one of the really fun parts about mafia is learning the playstyles of people, and new players can be so unpredictable, which is super fun. Looking forward to season 4 for this reason! This entire post felt like I was composing a reads list lol.

This entire post felt like I was composing a reads list lol. At least yours is thematically appropriate. Mine reads like an Academy Awards speech.

I feel weird being called a game runner. ONUW isn't the most difficult thing to run so I don't feel like I'm doing much. That being said, I enjoy keeping the community entertained during this drought between season 3 and 4.
I do want/need to start writing up my own game for a possible season 5 spot though.

Looking forward to season 4 for this reason! I always find it funny/interesting that whenever someone talks about the new playes of this season, they always seem to forget Cabot, me and especially Sorian. I wouldn't be surprised if most people in this community completely forgot that this season was actually the first one for Sorian and us!

That being said, I enjoy keeping the community entertained during this drought between season 3 and 4. I do want/need to start writing up my own game for a possible season 5 spot though. It made a lot more sense before I installed the plugin that limited editing in certain forums. The idea was to have a limited number of people who could create threads outside of General Discussion. BUT, since you need to be a Mod to edit in the ONUW game forum, there's really no good reason to keep doing it that way. I'm keeping it around as a badge of honor, though, for those who are actively running the games. Season 3 gave us a lot of amazing players. I think it's easy to forget because we had so many mid-games, and the season has gone on for so long.

I really need to play Undertale because
1) I am aware that it is awesome 2) I feel like I am missing so many jokes

Well this thread is slowly becoming the logical stairway to the Gafia Fan Hot Steam Sexy Goodfeel Times thread Roy is waiting for you... go to him. But back in line with the topic... I like Sorian's playstyle, it's aggressive and useful early on. It's always good to have people who aren't afraid to push and talk more. And Blargonaut for his puzzles (as much as I might publicly hate them, privately I love them) . I wish my wit were able to match up with his better though. And Rats is coo by me for his aggressive style, though I'm worried for the first time be becomes mafia. I'll have more later I imagine.

Special mention to Swamps for managing to be the mastermind behind the mafia in two consecutive games. Really wish I lived longer during the Gafia game cuz working with her was a great time.

Our time together was too short ;_; Special mention to Terra too, for coming up with an endgame plan that would have definitely worked, had i not been so greedy lol.

Lol, he was so nice about it after I died. He PM'd me almost immediately to apologize and make sure I wasn't mad.
