That should have been clearly indicated in his role PM one way or the other though.
Edit: I also say it that way because it is 100% up to the game creator and balancing purposes. There is no strict rule one way or the other when you design scum PRs.

That should have been clearly indicated in his role PM one way or the other though.

Okay, cuz I've never seen scum use a power on the same night that they performed a kill. When I was on scum team in Gafia we had to coordinate our actions because if someone wanted to use their power, they couldn't kill on the same night. |

^ Yeah, I remember running into some real problems because of that in the gafia game XD
I think whether scum can use two actions per night or not is dependent on how you want to balance the game. If town is strong, then the mod may want to give scum the ability to use their own PR and the kill.

I did get the slight impression that Nin says what he thinks people want to hear, rather than what he believes. Although that's not to say that he doesn't believe in Pop's claim, but just that he's intentionally not honest there.

This is just a general protip to anyone in here thinking of/making a game. Any scum PRs should have one of these 3 lines in them:
"You may only perform one action per night."
"You may not perform the factional kill during the same night phase that you use your power unless you are the last remaining member of your team."
"You may use both the factional kill and your power during the same night phase."

I was surprised he accepted Pop's claim so easily, it's certainly possible that was a bluff. In fact it's most likely nin is protecting himself from an NK Yeah Pop is boned, he gets my MVP vote though for that #unnecessarygambit |

We got to do both in harry potter. Some mods will specifically mention you can't do it. Others will say that the last scum alive can use both of his powers. I means, stack and xam were essentially doing two commands by adding the strong modifier to the ill iirc It's your call though |
