Persona town have completely lost the plot. If they lynch someone who's not BlackBuzzard (likely), they'll have no idea who to lynch next.
BlackBuzzard's doing a great job misdirecting; if they lynch StarSketch, he'll come off looking great.
And no one strongly suspects PK.

"No ties today, no shenanigans.
Sorry BB, but with how the vote swung yesterday I can't risk believing your town."
Says this; doesn't actually vote.
For PK, I regret not going even harder than I was on PK, despite Hyperactivity telling me to "calm down" or Sorian doubting my ability to scum tell. Should have made a lengthy post at the end of D2 about him and to make sure he didn't fade into the background.
If Natiko is killed on N4, which he very well might be, that'll be it for the people who suspect him.

Natiko potentially wins the game on N4, even if scum kills him. I see, then this is going to be fun. At least the direction of today's lynch has largely been established, unless things go nuts at the last minute, which certainly happens.

If this swings away from BlackBuzzard and lands on a power role, I will die of laughter.

There is no way for scum to kill Natiko anyway, he still has his BP, and they no longer have a strongman

I check back and, sure enough, the tides have turned during the last hour.
Oh boy. And Septimus came out of nowhere. D5 will end up being another repeat of this day with the same people getting suspicion, plus plop added to the pile of apparently good looking lynch targets.
Scum will let Hyperactivity live, if they know what's good for them.

Perhaps but, if I were scum, I'd potentially ignore all of them seeing the flow of this game and lynch someone completely different. It'd be a slight gamble, but potentially rewarding, seeing all the confusion that's already going on.

Keeping Star alive leaves the risk that she tracks one of them making the kill, which would confirm her and lead to a scum lynch. Unlikely, but possible.
Targeting Plop would be a bad choice because he actually can self heal.

What's the dead with Hyper? Is he really town? He's leading scum to win all alone.
Town needs to lynch him fast or they are going to lose if they keep listening to him.

9/2/1 currently. Assuming the kill goes through and the neutral wins, 8/2 tomorrow, then 6/2 the day after which would be MYLO.
There's another two potential deaths which could happen, but one is very unlikely to happen, and with just one extra, that would just be 2 days to LYLO, so not much difference.

Ok, so they are in a really bad position. If they don't listen Hyper for once and kill Buzzard, when he flips Hyper is next for sure. They should lynch PK before but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

What do MyLo and LyLo mean?
|
|
|
Post by CzarTim on Dec 10, 2016 1:11:44 GMT -8
lylo = lynch or lose. essentially if town lynches a townie, they lose the game. Imaging 2 town, 1 scum.
mylo = mislynch and lose. Means town must either no lynch or lynch scum in order to keep the game going (or win). An example of this would be 3 town, 1 scum. Lynch the scum and town wins. Lynch a townie, it goes to 2 town, 1 scum. Scum night kills a townie to win. Alternately, at 3 town, 1 scum, town could no lynch, forcing scum to kill a townie to give better odds for the next day (2v1).

Losing Trigger would not be so bad. What's his role again? Oh, right. One-shot perm tracker/watcher, with the camera placed on Satanic Saint....

Absolutely no one has visited Satanic Saint, who according to my Role PMs has not left his appartment, but is busy watching Jeopardy. Trigger therefore knows nothing. This is the current situation of my game (spoilers for everything): TOWN Blarg/Mazre - Lovers with abilities, will die today StMeph - Doctor; cannot heal poison, unless player is poisoned in that very night Trigger - One-shot perm tracker/watcher; camera placed on Satanic Saint Satanic Saint - Ordinary Town Dusk Soldier - Ordinary Town, will die tomorrow infinit777 - Celebrity Timeaisis - Ordinary Town zubz - Tracker, one shot left after batsnacks was jailed (and thus could not be targeted)
NEUTRAL Ynnek - Poisoner, needs one more infection to win; would win at the end of the subsequent day (i.e. end of Day 5)
MAFIA batsnacks - Cannot move unless other scum is dead; One-shot overrule hobohodo - Can disguise during the night (one shot left) dr. worm - Ordinary Goon fat4all - Jailor
All in all, town is taking the current situation way too easily. If all things go wrong, they could be doomed by tomorrow. They go down to 6 today, then they could be at 5 tomorrow and if the neutral satisfies his win condition, it is basically over.

Passive town is killing pop. They'll likely have enough to get one scum tomorrow, but do they have enough time to mop up?

Crab has an alignment check tonight, though I suspect he'll hit Burb or Sawneeks, both likely lynch candidates for tomorrow regardless.

Fun times, mafia played a solid game and town shot ourselves in the foot at every turn on top of low activity. Referencing Topo's spoilers Neutral poisoner really hurt, was fairly certain scum were in the loop there. Also wth Dusk? Backing up our poison claim would've helped a lot.
